2025 Flute Ensemble Competition Winners

🎢 31st Flute Ensemble Competition – 25 May 2025 🎢

The Victorian Flute Guild’s 31st Flute Ensemble Competition was held on Sunday 25 May 2025 at Methodist Ladies College, Kew. This annual event remains a valued fixture on the VFG calendar, offering performers of all ages and levels a chance to present their work in a supportive and professional environment.

Participants included primary and secondary students as well as adult ensembles, performing across a range of categories from duets to large groups. The day concluded with a combined performance of two familiar works – Shimmering Flutes by John Cacavas and Jack Jordan’s Little Red Monkey – providing a fitting close to the proceedings.
