“ZOOM” in for the Victorian Flute Guild Inc.
AnVictorian Flute Guild AGM – 5 December 2021
The Victorian Flute Guild Inc. held its Annual General Meeting online via Zoom on Sunday 5 December 2021 at 7:00 PM. The meeting included a guest talk by Neil and Rae-Helen Fisenden, followed by a virtual performance by the 2021 finalists of the Leslie Barklamb Scholarship.
Nominations were open for the following committee positions:
- General Committee: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and up to ten Committee Members
- Leslie Barklamb Scholarship Committee: Five Members
- Leslie Barklamb Trustees: Three Trustees
Nominees were required to be financial members of the Guild, with specific requirements for proposers based on the role. The current Committee Members were eligible for re-election. Nomination forms were submitted to the Secretary, Ms Carolyn Grace.
